Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Payroll Manager in maintaining high-quality payroll standards from employee onboarding to departure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the Payroll Manager's absence, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment and tax legislation, providing expert advice to employees and recommending process improvements to the Payroll Manager.
