As a pivotal part of our organisation, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our delivery of operational services and driving excellence across our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and prepare letters and reports relating to employee activities (staffing, recruitment, training, employee relations, performance evaluations etc)
- Assist with the operational Recruitment process as required.
- Upload jobs on the recruitment portal, monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders, set up interview invites.
- Support with maintaining the HR Trackers to reflect correct data on employees.
- Administration of the New starter and Leavers Process.
- Coordinate the reference requests.
- Ensure all documents are filed electronically.
- Manage the HR inbox for general queries.
- Monitor probation reviews.
- Oversee the maintenance of comprehensive HR records to ensure compliance with data protection, equal opportunities and other legal requirements.
- Proactively engage in customer focus by handling designated general HR queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Setting up interview invites and engage with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Assist with Payroll preparation providing accurate data.
- Ensure all HR documents are produced and contain the appropriate up-to-date information, in line with internal and external requirements and are made available to staff via JTNet.
- To carry out any other reasonable task associated to the role, as may be required.
- Actively advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusion within the organisation's culture.

**Person Specification**:
Essential Requirements:

- CIPD Level 3/HR degree-level qualification or significant related experience.
- GCSE/O'Level A-C (9-5) in Maths and English or equivalent.
- Proficiency in analysing, interpreting, and explaining employment law.
- Experience in providing administrative support in the recruitment process
- Strong IT skills and HR systems/database knowledge.
- Good planning, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

- Practical payroll experience.
- Recruitment and selection background.
- Work-based learning/training sector familiarity.
- Ofsted environment exposure.
- E-learning/blended learning experience.
