Job Title: Senior Sales Estimator

WhiteRaven Resourcing Ltd is a leading recruitment agency for permanent recruitment services. Our client is a renowned UK manufacturer of architectural façade and terracotta for restoration and new build projects, delivering their products across the UK, USA, Australia, and UAE.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Estimator to join our client's Estimating Department. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects by providing accurate cost estimates, liaising with architects and clients, and collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for restoration and new build projects
  • Analyse project drawings and specifications to determine material requirements and quantities
  • Conduct site/client visits to gather necessary information for cost estimates
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure estimates are in line with surveyors' take-offs
  • Reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with the Contracts Director and Production Team to ensure an effective handover of projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and mathematical skills, with attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiating skills, and be commercially aware. You will also need to be proficient in estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
