We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager of Manufacturing to lead our operational functions and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing departmental performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

This role requires a high degree of technical proficiency, including familiarity with ERP systems, data analytics tools, and quality management software. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.

We estimate that this role will come with an annual salary of around $135,000 based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved.
