We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrator to provide administrative support for our team in the UK. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication within the company.
Responsibilities:- Office Administration: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; maintain office supplies and equipment inventories.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Data Management: Manage office filing systems and databases.
- Event Planning: Assist with the organization of company events and training sessions.
- Support Services: Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
