We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our construction project in Barnstaple. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met and the development is built to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the construction site, including health and safety, trades, and material coordination.
- Ensure the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
- Lead a team of site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and specialists to achieve critical objectives.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring the project is delivered within budget.
- Black or white CSCS card.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
- First Aider at Work qualification.
- Previous experience in Site Management, preferably in Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation.
