About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our Home Care team as a Healthcare Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centred care to our customers, maintaining their dignity, respect, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal care, including washing and dressing individuals according to their needs and preferences.
  • Support with fluids and nutrition, ensuring adequate food and drinks are provided.
  • Manage medication, with full training provided.
  • Assist with manual handling, with full training provided by our internal Manual Handling Assessor.
  • Provide community access and support with PEG feeding, with full training provided.

Requirements
