About This Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Worker at Quantum Care. As a not-for-profit company, we provide high-quality care services to over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing person-centred care to residents with compassion and respect.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident information and care plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • No previous experience necessary; training provided.
  • Empathetic individual with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
