Welfare and Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welfare and Operations Manager to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As the primary point of contact for staff and sub-contractors, you will be responsible for managing them to meet both requirements in a timely and commercially conscious manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with mandatory and contractual HSE requirements.
Conduct daily walkaround inspections to supervise facilities and occupants.
Attend stakeholder meetings and maintain up-to-date site SOPs, including Business Continuity and Emergency Evacuation Plans.
Manage anti-social behaviour and ensure the safety and timely relocation of residents.
Oversee property inspections and repairs, ensuring excellent standards.
Supervise day-to-day and night operations of staff and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing staff and subcontractors.
The ability to maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
A flexible work pattern with opportunities for weekend visits.
