Job Title: Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Exemplar Health Care's Tyne Grange in Newcastle upon Tyne.

This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with complex care needs.

The hourly rate for this position is up to £11.79 per hour, dependent on qualifications.

About the Role

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualised care and support to adults living with complex needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality care and support to individuals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
  • Conducting regular checks and monitoring individual health and wellbeing
  • Encouraging and supporting individuals to engage in social activities and hobbies
  • Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect
  • Maintaining accurate care records and contributing to ongoing assessments

The estimated salary for this role is £9,506.40 - £12,177.60 per annum (based on 20 hours per week).
