Supply Chain Delivery Manager

This is a temporary role on a fixed-term contract basis, ending in the first quarter of 2025. As a Transportation Specialist, you will be working closely with teams across Amazon UK Services Ltd. and external logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation of products to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Produce and deliver reports on key delivery metrics to inform business decisions.
- Mentor or coach team members to develop new skills and improve performance.
- Maintain high standards of work by following policies and procedures.
- Continually review processes to identify areas for innovation and improvement.
This position is office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week. As a Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving delivery performance issues that could negatively affect our customers. You will work collaboratively with other cross-functional teams to manage the unique challenges of the transportation team.
About the TeamAmazon UK Services Ltd. relies on the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team to deliver packages to millions of customers around the world. As part of ATS, you will be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, you will help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency.
Requirements- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Relevant experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership.
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
