About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Dawsongroup vans. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, referrals, and prospecting activities
  • Manage existing customer relationships to achieve growth and satisfaction
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers to promote our van services
  • Maintain high van utilisation levels
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and develop potential markets in your area
  • Achieve sales revenue targets as set by the company

  • A strong commercial awareness and ability to spot sales opportunities
  • An outgoing personality and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own time
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills
  • A proven track record in sales and business development
  • Ability to promote the Dawsongroup brand and develop value-added customer relationships
