Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the main kitchen and our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist our chefs in preparing meals, plating dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Monitor stock rotation and adhere to company policies and procedures, including COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
  • Support catering for special events, such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess a passion for food, previous experience working in a kitchen, and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. You will be comfortable communicating with colleagues and residents, and have a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards in the kitchen.
