Commercial Property Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join our Commercial property department team in Brighton. The successful applicant will be expected to act for a range of clients on non-contentious commercial matters, including freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development, and secured lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act for clients on commercial property transactions
  • Deal with business sales and purchases
  • Manage own caseload and meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Collaborate with financial institutions on secured lending

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 PQE
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Desirable: experience in residential conveyancing
