Salary: £55,000- £65,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our in-house legal function in the South East. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be part of a close-knit team that focuses on property work and will have the opportunity to benefit from flexible working.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiation and delivery of all legal agreements required for the utilities company, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and easements. You will also provide legal advice relating to commercial property across the business and work closely with the conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiation and delivery of legal agreements
  • Providing legal advice on commercial property
  • Working with the conveyancing team
