Job Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at R S D TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing health assessments, fitness to work assessments, and health surveillance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform health assessments, fitness to work assessments, and health surveillance
  • Identify and report any deviations from normal standards to a Senior Occupational Health Adviser
  • Organise and coordinate Health surveillance appointments and database, liaising with relevant stakeholders on site
  • Manage and organise personal workflow (time management) and working on own initiative to meet the OH service and business requirements
  • Undertake regular review with the Senior OHA to ensure that quality assurance standards are met
  • Provide accurate written, electronic and verbal reports observing confidentiality always

Requirements

  • Recognise the two-way partnership between work and health
  • Carry out Health Assessments accurately and efficiently
