Job Title: Railway Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Railway Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Siemens Mobility. This role is based in Bedford and involves traveling extensively throughout the northern Thameslink route.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide first-line support at stations and mainline incidents. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical engineering, with expertise in fault diagnosis.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a predominantly electrical engineering environment - ideally within fault finding.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety including bio-hazards, manual handling and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH).

The salary for this role is approximately £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our compensation package also includes a company bonus, holiday allowance, and pension.
