About the Role

As a key member of our UK team, you'll drive treasury excellence across the business, leveraging your expertise in cash management, FX risk management, and liquidity strategy. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Foster a culture of excellence in treasury operations, ensuring seamless integration of new financial initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive treasury strategies, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  3. Manage cash flows, FX risks, and liquidity across multiple regions and business units, ensuring optimal financial performance.
  4. Liaise with internal stakeholders, including FX, Finance, Tax, and Legal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Lead the management of treasury investments, including money market funds, fixed-term deposits, and alternative financial instruments.
  6. Proactively identify and mitigate FX exposure, introducing new foreign exchange hedging programs to minimize currency risks.
  7. Drive the development of internal funding structures, ensuring strategic alignment between the company's global entities.
  8. Establish and enforce treasury-specific policies, ensuring a strong internal control framework and creating detailed reporting systems.
  9. Oversee the implementation of the Treasury Management System (Kyriba), ensuring seamless integration into day-to-day operations.
  10. Continuously seek out process improvements, focusing on automation to enhance treasury efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies:

  1. Advanced proficiency in Excel for complex financial modeling, with a deep understanding of treasury management systems and various banking technologies.
  2. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of explaining complex treasury concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  3. Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, paired with the ability to anticipate issues and create innovative solutions.

Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 per annum

Salary may vary based on qualifications, experience and performance.
