Job Title: Head of Operational Resilience – MI

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operational Resilience to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of operational resilience tooling across our global market units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational resilience management information and reporting capabilities
  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to improve operational resilience management information and reporting
  • Ensure that effective systems and controls are in place to support operational resilience
  • Support the Group Director of Operational Resilience to execute strategic direction
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Senior operational resilience professional with a background in financial services or consulting
  • Track record of delivering management information for board/exec teams
  • Operational resilience regulations expert (e.g. DORA)
  • Gravitas to influence and collaborate with leadership across market units
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
