Banking Coordinator

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing daily banking functions, including daily reconciliations and cheque preparation.
- Processing bills and undertaking ledger query resolution.
- Coordinating the annual Solicitors Accounts rules audit and supporting the preparation of monthly accounts packs.
- Petty cash/Credit card and creditors ledger administration.
- Providing timely and accurate financial information to internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- AAT Level 3 or 4, Semi Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or qualified by experience.
- Significant experience of working within a busy accounts team.
- Strong proficiency in XERO accounting and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of using Leap (desired).
- Minimum of 1yrs experience as a Finance Assistant.
Estimated Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per year
