Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily banking functions, including daily reconciliations and cheque preparation.
  • Processing bills and undertaking ledger query resolution.
  • Coordinating the annual Solicitors Accounts rules audit and supporting the preparation of monthly accounts packs.
  • Petty cash/Credit card and creditors ledger administration.
  • Providing timely and accurate financial information to internal stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • AAT Level 3 or 4, Semi Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or qualified by experience.
  • Significant experience of working within a busy accounts team.
  • Strong proficiency in XERO accounting and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience of using Leap (desired).
  • Minimum of 1yrs experience as a Finance Assistant.

Estimated Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per year
