This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting students with additional needs, helping them to thrive in an alternative education setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Work 1-1 and 2-1 with students requiring extra support in lessons.
- Support the class teacher in planned activities and study sessions with smaller groups.
- Assist in managing challenging behaviour and offer support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Provide tailored assistance, ensuring each student receives the help they need to reach their full potential.
- Proven experience working within schools and the SEN sector.
- Ability to handle and support students with challenging behaviour.
- Experience working with pupils who have additional needs.
- Must hold a valid driving licence.
