About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at . As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

Working nights, you will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. Your responsibilities will include supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities. We value our employees' growth and development, and many of our Senior Care Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You should also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support to our residents.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
