About the Job

You will work as a Senior Night Care Assistant at Iverley View care home, providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Key responsibilities include supervising and motivating a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team, and respecting the dignity and preferences of residents.

Job Description

We require individuals with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care who have experience in clinical care for the elderly. You must be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support to each resident.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits and rewards, including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and unlimited referrals with our Refer a Friend bonus scheme.
