As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients with complex needs, working closely with clinical colleagues to support all pharmaceutical needs at ward level.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate confidence and calmness under pressure. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based advice to prescribers, promoting cost-effective use of medicines and enhancing patient care. This role requires a postgraduate MSc/Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience, as well as membership of the GPhC and Independent Prescriber status.
