About the Role

As a Band 6 Specialist Practitioner, you will be required to provide care to service users within the legal frameworks of the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010, the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, and the Mental Health Act (1983). You will work autonomously, while being part of a friendly and supportive team.

You will also be responsible for supervising and developing junior staff, as well as engaging with service users to promote their involvement in their care. The role requires excellent organisational skills, a person-centred approach, and the ability to engage with service users effectively.
