We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Team Leader to lead our new service for adults with autism and learning disabilities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to join our team as a Service Manager, responsible for leading and managing a large team within a 7-bedded residential setting. The successful candidate will be part of a progressive and growing organization that prioritizes providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals.

Responsibilities
  • To manage and motivate a team to deliver exceptional outcomes for people supported in a person-centered way
  • To develop and implement staff training and development plans, ensuring all staff are equipped to provide high-quality care
  • To oversee rotas, support planning, and staff management, adhering to internal policies and procedures, and CQC legislation and frameworks
Requirements
  • A strong leader with experience in managing services for people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Honesty and integrity, with excellent communication skills
