Customer Service Manager - Retail

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Entain, a leading sports betting and gaming company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Urging safer gambling practices and promoting responsible gaming.
  • Process customer transactions, including cash handling and operating betting terminals.
  • Help customers understand our products and services, demonstrating our betting terminals and answering questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the shop team to achieve sales targets and maintain high shop standards.
  • Open and close the shop as needed, ensuring a smooth and secure operation.

Working Patterns:

Our shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 10pm, with varying shifts and a blend of long opening and closing shifts. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older to work in our betting shops.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
