AECOM, the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Marine Ecologist Lead to join our dynamic Nature team. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead the environmental performance of marine development projects in growing offices across the UK and Ireland, including Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham, Cambridge, and Dublin.

You will have the chance to apply your skills, knowledge, and expertise on both national and international projects, working across a diverse range of sectors, including high-profile power and infrastructure schemes, national and international interconnectors, habitat restoration studies, flood defense schemes, and coastal developments.

This role involves leading a team of highly specialized marine ecologists, working alongside and closely with our marine EIA colleagues, to build and develop the marine ecology team and grow our portfolio of high-profile marine projects. You will be client-facing, taking responsibility for the management, growth, and development of the marine ecology team.

We are offering a competitive salary of around £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a wide array of benefits and well-being programs to meet the diverse needs of our employees and their families.
