Chemistree Solutions is seeking a seasoned Asthma and COPD Advisor to join our expanding National Respiratory team. This dynamic opportunity will see you working in Slough, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire, delivering high-quality care to improve patient outcomes in line with local and national guidelines.

About the Role

This is an excellent chance to work as a specialist nurse advisor with an intimate understanding of national treatment guidelines. You will work closely with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals in delivering up-to-date care for their patients.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct COPD/Asthma patient reviews via telephone, video-consultation, or in general practice according to need.
  • Support healthcare professionals and patients in making informed decisions about treatment pathways in Asthma and COPD.
  • Work in partnership with the NHS in primary care, delivering a unique nursing programme that focuses on driving best practice, delivering excellent patient care, and improving patient outcomes.

This is a role with responsibility for a defined geographical area, requiring excellent planning and organisational skills, along with confident driving ability. You will need to be flexible in relation to travel and occasionally stay away from home as required by the business.

We are looking for a patient-focused NMC registered nurse who can demonstrate experience of working in Asthma and COPD. If you have excellent planning and organisational skills, along with confident driving ability, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • First Level Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Registered.
  • A recognised qualification or diploma in Asthma/COPD.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
Benefits

We offer a competitive package including bonus, car/car allowance, NMC/RCN fees, and additional benefits. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
