Equipment Reliability Specialist

The Global Search Company is excited to offer this exceptional opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our client's team and drive business growth through equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and employee development. Job Details:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance and engineering teams, developing and implementing effective preventive maintenance programs, managing capital projects, and collaborating with production teams to optimize processes and reduce costs. Additionally, they will oversee the development of training programs to upskill engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, drive efficiency, and reduce waste.
* Manage capital projects, including new equipment installation and facility upgrades, ensuring timely completion and budget alignment.
* Develop and implement training programs to upskill engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
* Proven experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
