Job Description

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an experienced maintenance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of high-speed automated equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and repairing high-speed automated equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Performing troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Working collaboratively with production teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
  • Implementing solutions to improve machine reliability and quality issues.
  • Managing spare parts inventory and maintaining engineering records.
  • Contributing to the upgrade, service, and installation of new and existing equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with company, site, and statutory health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of high-speed automated equipment.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and recover equipment in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Electrical biased with mechanical experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
