About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Monica Vinader. As a key member of our Product Development team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product pipelines, working closely with the New Product Development (NPD) team to deliver beautiful, sustainable, quality products on time and at a competitive price.
  • Champion the customer at every point of the product journey, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers to develop products quickly and with accuracy, managing the development process from concept to delivery.
  • Responsible for coordinating personalisation trials on new products and managing the design studio space to ensure it remains an inspirational and functional space for the team.
  • Contribute to and support specific commercial and quality-based projects as needed, taking a customer-centric approach to define improvements and propose solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced jewellery background, with a passion for delivering great customer experiences and thinking with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
  • A problem solver with common sense, able to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple priorities in parallel.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and self-directed, with a focus on achieving goals and delivering results.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to project manage using critical path tracking from concept to project delivery.
