Lead Cybersecurity Investigator

About the Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have 5-7 years of experience in information security or closely related roles, with direct experience in security incident response. You must possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform and be able to manage and triage multiple security incidents simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will need to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Superior technical basics, including networking fundamentals, common application protocols, system architecture, and software development basics, are also required.
You should be familiar with Linux and MacOS, including key security controls and shell scripting experience. Exceptional log analysis skills, including experience extracting data from complex SQL or Hadoop-type data stores, are necessary. The ability to research and learn unfamiliar technologies quickly and adapt existing knowledge and processes to investigate and resolve security issues is critical. A broad information security knowledge base, including familiarity with key regulations and standards relating to security incident response, regional privacy and regulatory guidelines, and relevant certifications, is also preferred.
