About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Life Actuary Director to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Strategy and Technology Group (STG), you will play a critical role in shaping the future of actuarial life consulting in North EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on large-scale projects, driving innovation and growth in the life actuarial consulting space
  • Develop and implement new client relationships, leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Requirements
  • Qualified life actuary with at least five years of post-qualified experience
  • Proven track record of leading on large projects, with a strong focus on innovation and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
