We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team at BAM Nuttall, working on a major infrastructure project in Buckinghamshire.
The project involves the construction of a significant innovative structure, incorporating a pre-cast arch superstructure on an in-situ concrete substructure over a 1km site.
Based on site near Bicester / Aylesbury, the successful candidate will be required to work on this project up to the end of the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the site engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Develop and implement site engineering plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and control site costs, ensuring they are within budget and meet company financial targets.
- Ensure the site is operated in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site engineering, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
