About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Lead to join our team at Amica Care Trust. As a Care Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Support the management team in ensuring the smooth operation of our care services.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and staff well-being.
Requirements
  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Have previous experience working in a leadership or supervisory role in a care setting.
  • Have specific knowledge and experience in caring for the elderly.
  • Be able to administer medications and support with care plans.
  • Be an effective communicator and team player who can promote our staff values and work positively with colleagues and residents.
