Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Role:- Sourcing and attracting candidates through various mediums, including social media and referrals.
- Interviewing candidates, assessing their suitability and skills, and verifying their right to work documentation.
- Meeting with clients to discuss vacancy briefs and candidate specifications.
- Delivering exceptional service to all candidates by maintaining regular communication.
A competitive salary is on offer, ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Opportunity:This role offers full-time work with flexible hours, Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional demeanor.
You will have the opportunity to study at Diploma and/or degree level for the right candidate.
