Exciting Opportunity in Children's Social Work

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Assessment Team in North Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to provide support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct S47 visits to children and complete assessments to identify their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with children, young people, and their families to develop and implement plans to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with agency professionals to produce robust and meaningful assessments.
  • Direct work with children and young people is an integral part of our practice, helping us to understand their lived experiences.

Requirements:

  • Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
  • Social Work England registration.
  • Enhanced DBS.
