Support Staff for Dementia Care

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Staff for Dementia Care to join our team at R&V Ltd.
As a Support Staff member, you will play a crucial role in supporting residents with dementia-related conditions, providing assistance with daily living activities, and promoting their overall well-being.
Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with our caregiving team to ensure the highest standard of care and support for our residents.
A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum is offered for this challenging yet rewarding role.
- Personal care assistance

- Assistance with incontinence needs
- Repositioning and mobility support
- Food and fluid management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- DBS clearance
- National insurance number
- Right to work in the UK
- Prior experience in healthcare or social care
- Manual handling training
