Job Overview

AutoTyne is an innovative used car dealership seeking a skilled Car Sales Executive to contribute to its dynamic and fast-growing environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, assisting clients in selecting vehicles tailored to their needs, and engaging in various aspects of dealership operations.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Deliver personalized buying experiences for customers, offering expert guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  2. Conduct test drives, demonstrating vehicles and highlighting key selling points to engage potential buyers.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using sales software, ensuring seamless communication and efficient sales processes.
  4. Upsell additional products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing revenue.
  5. Collaborate with the sales management team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, driving business growth and success.
  6. Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions, upholding a professional and approachable demeanor.
  7. Build lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle models to refine sales techniques and stay competitive.

Requirements and Skills

  1. Prior experience in sales, ideally within the automotive industry or a similar field.
  2. Demonstrated strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
  3. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
  4. An adaptable approach, with the willingness to contribute to various aspects of the business.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  6. Passion for cars and a strong understanding of automotive features are beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
