Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key part in helping us build great teams across our brands. You will provide pro-active and professional in-house recruitment support to the hiring managers within your business area.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from identification of the role, through to on-boarding
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Advertise vacancies using our HR system, job boards and social media platforms
Proactively source passive candidates using innovative recruitment techniques
Provide on-going support to senior stakeholders throughout the process, advising of best practice
Manage a range of recruitment activities including; CV sifting, telephone interviewing, assessment centres, open evenings, etc
Utilise our global HR system to ensure that all information is kept up to date for the team and also for the candidates
Actively promote and encourage workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment
