Automotive Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for proactively managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and providing on-going support to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the recruitment cycle from identification of the role to on-boarding
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Advertise vacancies using our HR system, job boards, and social media platforms
- Proactively source passive candidates using innovative recruitment techniques
- Provide on-going support to senior stakeholders, advising on best practice
- Manage a range of recruitment activities, including CV sifting, telephone interviewing, assessment centres, and open evenings
- Utilise our global HR system to ensure all information is kept up to date for the team and candidates
- Actively promote and encourage workforce diversity at all levels of recruitment
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency
- Understanding of headhunting and talent pooling
- Experience of working with an ATS or HR system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extremely organised, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
