Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant – with Key Holder responsibilities, to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open & close the store as and when required.
  • Being responsible for a set of store keys.
  • Approaching customers, providing helpful and knowledgeable information on our products.
  • Serving customers at the till - processing sales transactions.
  • Recommending and promoting complimentary products with each sale.
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI's.
  • Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
  • Processing of stock deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that the shop floor is always kept clean & tidy, to a high standard.
Requirements
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to approach and serve all customers.
  • The drive to exceed monthly performance targets.
  • Methodical approach to completing daily tasks – including stock SKU management.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • The ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse team.
Working Arrangements

This is a part-time, permanent position, and you will be contracted to work 10 hours per week. You will have the flexibility to work any day (Monday - Sunday).

Compensation

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £11.84 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission.
