Bookkeeping Assistant

We are delighted to offer a Bookkeeping Assistant role at GH Resourcing Limited. This is a permanent position, working full hours, Monday - Friday, from 9am - 5pm.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of financial statements, manage client accounts, and ensure accurate record keeping. Key Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing bookkeeping and accounts preparation for a diverse client base
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns, ensuring timely compliance with regulations
- Supporting the payroll function for clients, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
About You:
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in an accounting practice environment. Strong proficiency in Xero accounting software and MS Excel is required. AAT qualification or part-qualified ACCA/ACA is preferred but not mandatory.
