Chief People Officer

The ExecThread team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our HR operations and strategy. As a strategic advisor to key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the value of HR through the design and execution of effective HR strategies.
This includes managing all HR functions such as compensation, benefits, payroll, training, employee relations, and recruitment. You will also lead high-level projects, drive change initiatives, and ensure that our firm's policies and contracts are up-to-date and in line with market trends.
Responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining agency relationships for top talent access, and acting as a culture ambassador in recruitment. You will be adept at talent management processes, including promotions, career development, retention, and succession planning, and will be instrumental in identifying and implementing beneficial schemes for the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Manage HR functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll, training, employee relations, and recruitment
- Lead high-level projects and drive change initiatives
- Ensure firm's policies and contracts are up-to-date and in line with market trends
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding

Requirements:
- Background in legal or professional services
- Based in the Bromley or Kent area
- Strong HR experience, including compensation, benefits, payroll, training, employee relations, and recruitment
- Proven track record of leading high-level projects and driving change initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
