About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Identify and act on sales opportunities, promoting products and services to customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions.
- Assist with stock control, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
