We are recruiting for talented and compassionate tutors to join our team in supporting students who have been removed from mainstream education or struggle with SEN and/or SEMH needs.

Role Overview

Our team works with students who require additional support to access mainstream education. As a tutor, you will be expected to provide tailored teaching and support to meet the individual needs of each student, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality teaching and support to students with a range of needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualised plans to support student progress.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and feedback.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven track record of working with students with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
