Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' vocational functioning and develop personalized employment plans

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in employment support and adapt to changing client needs
Requirements
- 12 months experience in helping individuals with severe labour market disadvantage to obtain or keep work
- Sound knowledge of best practice in addictions and employability services
- Ability to assess clients' vocational functioning and develop effective employment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
