Swimming Instructor

We are seeking an experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team at Dorking Sports Centre. As a Swimming Teacher, you will play a key role in developing our customers' swimming skills.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for creating a safe and enjoyable learning environment, providing clear instructions, and encouraging customers to achieve their potential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
- Assessing customers' swimming skills and creating personalized lesson plans
- Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Maintaining a safe and clean pool environment
- Complying with health and safety regulations and policies
