We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support one of the leading companies in facilities management. This role involves providing essential maintenance services across various sites.
Role Overview:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Experience in commercial environments, especially within the retail sector, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
The position encompasses both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, including but not limited to:
- Roof Maintenance: Addressing roof leaks and conducting quarterly gutter and gully clearances.
- Brickwork Repairs: Performing necessary repairs to walls.
- Flooring: Fixing vinyl and ceramic tiles.
- External Works: Managing car park and yard maintenance.
- Roller Shutter Maintenance: Conducting annual PPM and reactive repairs.
Painting and Decorating:
Executing minor painting repairs as needed.
Plumbing and Drainage:
Unblocking drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks, along with repairing leaking taps and washers.
Compensation and Benefits:
